- What is the most important part of your therapy session?
The most important part of my session is pairing with my client. At the very beginning of my session, I take the time to pair and have that rapport with the child. The child feels understood whenever you get on their level and do the things that they enjoy. It improves my sessions and makes it fun for both of us!

- What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part is working in a supportive and encouraging environment that seeks to impact and improve the lives of the children and families we serve. Each therapist strives to help each other as we work towards a common goal for our clients.
