Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Kaylon Carpenter graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Psychology, and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Kaylon studied at Florida Institute of Technology, where she earned her certification as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Kaylon began her extensive training in ABA at the Emerald Coast Autism Center in Florida, where she focused her ABA training in verbal behavior.
Following her experience in Florida, Kaylon moved to Kentucky where she worked closely with a BCBA at Growing Minds Learning Center and grew her behavior therapist role into the company's program director overseeing seven clinic locations throughout the state of Kentucky. In 2013 Kaylon moved back to Alabama, where she continued her passion of working with children with disabilities in the field of ABA. She has over 5 years of experience in the field of ABA. Kaylon is devoted to working and improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities through the practice of ABA therapy.

The best part of my job is changing the lives of children with Autism and seeing each child progress in their own unique way. The other best part of my job is working with the best group of therapist’s and watching how much each therapist cares about each child.
